One sentence of the bible is cited (John 14, 6) where Jesus says to his disciples: “I am the way, the truth, and the life.”

Maheshji says: I want the correct sentence. Then I will explain. This is a very important sentence. Very important. I can explain, but I think, there is some amendment.

The chapter from the gospel of John 14, 1-6 is read:

“Jesus, the Way to the Father

1 Don’t be troubled, you trust God, now trust in me.2 There are many rooms in my Father’s home, and I am going to prepare a place for you. If this were not so, I would tell you plainly.3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.4 And you know where I am going and how to get there.5 No, we don’t know, Lord, Thomas said. We haven’t any idea where you are going. So how can we know the way?6 Jesus told him: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

At this point Maheshji is closing the bible and says: You see, very nice thing. You don’t understand, what you are telling. Here nobody can go without master. That’s why I told you read further, because my brain not accepted this, than after next sentence I closed it.

Nobody can go (to God) without me. Means he (Jesus) can not say without master; otherwise it would be Indian philosophy.

Because you have to respect, follow me, follow my way. Until unless you will not take him as a master.

Just see, I was telling, this is incomplete. With authority I told, this is incomplete. This is blessing of master. I have not accepted, I told, this is incomplete.

Maheshji is now giving sentence by sentence-explanations of the gospel of John, chapter 14:

Title: Jesus, the Way to the Father

Maheshji says: Jesus is master, Father is God.

John 14, 1Don’t be troubled, you trust God, now trust in me.

Maheshji says: “Me” means Guru, master, who is going towards Father.

John 14, 2 There are many rooms in my Father’s home, and I am going to prepare a place for you.

Maheshji says: Many rooms means, too much place for you, too much space for all Christians. This is idiomatic expression. (There is place for everyone with God, whatever religion he belongs to.)

(John 14, 2 cont.) If this were not so, I would tell you plainly.

Maheshji says: Because master works for disciple, to make place, to make the way clear, so he may come. I am going and making place for you. Follow me. Guru and disciple.

John 14, 3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, …

Maheshji says: Means he will go and he will come, means he will take you.

Master has gone. - Practically I’m giving: My master is there, he is looking after we all. Just see.

In this moment the mobile sounds with a short message: Lina is born at 5.50 pm in Zurich. (Live recording)

Maheshji says: So read, I should explain, this is very important.

Maheshji is asking us: As I am explaining, is anybody explaining in this way? We answer: No, never. – Maheshji says: But this is the truth. I’m clear. And I am giving example of my master: He is there, he is controlling everything. So what Christ is saying, this is 100% correct. You can see.

The text is read again, because it is so important.

John 14, 1 Jesus said: Don’t be troubled, you trust God, now trust in me.

Maheshji says: You see, you trust God, you trust me. Means you should trust God and also upon master.

John 14, 2 There are many rooms in my Father’s home, …

Maheshji says: Rooms means, abundant place for you all.

(John 14, 2 cont.) … and I am going to prepare a place for you.

Maheshji says: For you means, those who will follow masters order, masters instructions.

(John 14, 2 cont.) If this were not so, I would tell you plainly.

Maheshji says: Means, clearly: If nothing there would have been, I would have told you, clearly.

John 14, 3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, …

Maheshji says: Means, when time will come, I will come and ... means subtle instructions, means you have to wait, you have to follow, you have to activate that instructions.

(John 14, 3 cont.) … so that you will always be with me where I am.

Maheshji says: You see, always with me, means don’t think I have gone, I have left this world, clear?

John 14, 4 And you know where I am going and how to get there.

Maheshji repeats: Where I am going, how to get there.

John 14, 5No, we don’t know, Lord, Thomas said. We haven’t any idea where you are going. So how can we know the way? 6 Jesus told him: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

Maheshji says: I am the way means: through master. Even Ramakrishna Paramahansa when talked to mother, then She told: “No, you have to come through master, you have to take Deeksha, then you can come.” Christ is telling the same. Then he has to done Totapuri as a master. Ramakrishna Paramahansa, who used to talk to mother goddess.

Way means: I am Guru, without Guru you can’t get there. Way means this. Truth and the life, way to truth. Truth is the mission of life. I several times used to say this thing: The chief goal of life is to know the truth, to become truth. How important information, order, instruction for all Christians. Nobody is explaining (this).

We continue with the gospel of John:

John 14, 7 If you had known who I am, then you would have known who my Father is. …

Maheshji says: Clear. Know means, you have faith upon me, means master. If you know me, means you know master. If you don’t trust, don’t know me, you don’t know God. How clear.

(John 14, 7 cont.) … From now on you know Him and have seen Him!

Maheshji says: Here (in India) they say: Guru Govinda. It is the same in the bible. Means master (Guru) and God (Govinda), both are standing side by side, to whom I bow, to whom I salute? Because master has shown the way of God, I will bow to my master first. Without master, how can I know Him?

John 14, 8 Philip said: Lord, show us the Father and we will be satisfied. 9 Jesus replied: Philip, don’t you even yet know who I am? Even after all the time I have been with you? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. So why are you asking to see Him?10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I say are not my own, but my Father who lives in me, does His work through me. 11 Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of what you have seen me do. 12 The truth is: anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done and even greater works because I am going to be with the Father.13 You can ask for anything in my name and I will do it because the work of the son brings glory to the Father. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Maheshji asked to repeat the following sentence:

John 14, 13 You can ask for anything in my name and I will do it…

Maheshji says: Means he (Jesus) will help from heaven. As you are looking here. I always say, I have to complete his orders. Same here: he will help, he is helping.

Maheshji said at the beginning of the lecture: This sentence (“I am the way, the truth, and the life.”) is something incomplete, with confidence. If you would have not got this, I would have told, what I am telling this time. Answer was in my mind. I told this is very important. Total answer was in my mind.

Continued on 09th March 2010:

Maheshji says: The master of Christ said to Christ: Only with a master you can reach Him. When the belief in the master, in his name is there, all is possible. Faith upon the master is required.

An accomplished master is the passport visa to God.

Lord is in everyone, but only with the master you can reach Him.

Chapter 14 from the gospel of John every Christian should read every day, this is the most important chapter from the bible and represents the summum bonum of the bible.

This is the gist of the total bible, I can prove. It is the lighthouse of the total sermons. It is most clear and most important for all Christians.

John 14, 9 “Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father.”Means there is no difference between master and God.

Everything Christ told, but except that he is the master. Why? Because master is there, so he could not say he is master.
