Mahesh talks about vitamin tablets

Mahesh says:

All vitamin tablets destroy the kidney.

The vitamin manufacture on artificial type is an allopathic faux - pas.

The natural vitamins are in fruits, in roots in sunlight they should be examined and one should take only them.

Only natural vitamins should be taken.

You should not take any chemical vitamins.

These chemical vitamins destroy the kidney and create many diseases. There are substances which the body cannot absorb. The kidney cannot secret these chemical substances.

The consumption of vitamins should be reduced totally.

People in the west take too much of them that is why they suffer from so many diseases.
